Beach Day

One of the great conundrums in life, is whether hot days were made so we can go to the beach, or whether beaches were made so we can cool off on hot days.

It's the thing those who complain about the heat fail to grasp: how much pleasure there is to be had in cooling off. 

Sure, it's nice to go in and warm up by a fire in wintertime, 

But it's no day at the beach.
